new file won't download

the new file for sonicview 4000 will not download just want to let you know that it has did that three times now i had to go to another site to get it thanks guys.

what it did for me was it downloaded really fast and would not let me do anything with it

Go to menu>software version. If it reads 219 the file didn't load. If the file doesn't load it should flash "Invalid File" on the screen. This happens just before the box reboots so you may miss it if your not watching.

Sometimes there's problems loading files, try it again it may load. If that doesn't work reformat your thumb drive. download 220 again and give it another try.
