Feeling like a victim- upgraded from Ariza 700 to Trio after reading glowing reviews. Have signal and able to scan channels. Have factory update loaded successfully (5.10). Have latest patch- an ".exx" file- have read all of stickies and can't for life of me see how to flash unit w fix. (feeling like an idiot). Stickie for manually changing keys says I should see "keyworks" on menu- is not on my menu?!?
Pls help before I start rocking and babbling and drooling in the corner. :noclue:

*** note: An additional 3rd file *.EXX file (known as a patch file - the * name refers to and is the date of the file). If this is the case, repeat the same steps above (H-K) but load the patch file instead. There is no need to worry about the "bootloader upgrade" option or "s/w upgrade option", as there is no options available when loading the patch file. Patch file should be loaded LAST.
*** If you are unsure whether you should load a patch file or not, please check with your favorite FTA website first ***
