What I find odd is that drafts of documents were supposedly "filed" with the court. Granted, I'm not in NY, but in my years in this field, I have never seen drafts filed with the court, unless they were Exhibits to something else, in which case they would be so marked.

I had connections out in CA with the viewsat thing - a friend of mine was one of the defendants attorneys (not to change the thread subject), and when viewsat gives up the internal cards, there will be challenges as to who actually owns the cards...viewsat or the person that purchased the stb. But thats another story, for another thread...when the time comes

Well I don't often get into these things BUTTTTTTT, From what I have read here and elsewhere nFusion has not been charged. Only the two that sold the STBs. They sold other brands aswell. And from what I can get out of it,they were pre-programming them. That's a big NO, NO. To sell the box "as is" is legael, moding them or assisting in mod is what is illeagel.
