I would not worry to much this site displays 3rd party bins and sat help for OTA and true free to air as well i do not think anything will come of this this is purely a way to scare the public from these sites think nothing of it and do not worry or stress about it.....ricklbert

It means nothing to the members. Its basically a way for dik to show that 3rd party files for sonicview have made thier way all over the net.

Haven't seen any reports of trouble with this pdf here so guess it must be my computer acting up .I get an error message from Acrobat Reader that this file is damaged and can't be repaired? Maybe going to Adobe site would have a download to fix? Anyways thanx for the heads up!!!:eek:

Opens fine for me. I'd just redownload adobe reader and then you should be good to view it.

had no probs here even with outdated adobe
as to the release seems to me if they were doing anything other than listing the sites where it was made available as evidence of the file or reading the boards that our mods would know. besides i believe the site server is outta their jurisdiction......but then i dont wanna know anything more than what i can guess at lol

Just a thought.....If anyone wants to know how true this shit is....If it has been filed in an Canadian court, You can go get a copy of this! Instead of speculating whether or not this is a real document! Just my 2 cents...

This was posted on another site and someone there said that this doc had been doctored from the original . I couldn't open this as it said that the file was damaged!:mad:

I dont believe its doctored up. I believe they are out to shut down sonicview and using all the listed sites of exmples where thier 3rd party files are posted. They wanna show the files are circulating all over the internet.

After reading the above document its plain to see i ts a fake here is why
The document shows being filed in the USA and Dish and echostar etc are american companies so by the end of the document it is signed and sworn in London Ontario Canada go figure who ever posted it is probably one of those people who figure the coders owe to them for new bins right away when one crashes go figure....man can't people just report only the facts and liek i was once told think about what your gonna say before you say it so as not to put your own foot in your mouth!!! or in this case read it first and see if its legit anyone can see the conflict here with the usa and canada sworn statements. I wonder what the PI and laywers would say to their names being used on falsified documents.?:noclue:

HD8000_V0433P Charlie Fixed 12-06-08, for SONICVIEW SV-HD8000.

They are showing a March 2009 date and anyone with a SV8000 knows that file worked all the way till N3 hit.
