I am up to the point were I put the stick in, but I dont see any thing ont he screen. this is the point were I have the file (BIN) and I should be able to see the file and pick it to update.??? I dont know what I am not doing.

Well I am up and running. But I am only getting 4 HBO channels, 2 Max, 3 or 4 showtime.
no ESPNHD?? and only 2 PPV channels. I am on Sat 110, and 119?? does that sound right?? Thanks and let me know.

I have set up 110, and 119 when I hit info the (I) it says
MPEG2 480I. Not sure what I did not do right?? if this is
not right can you let me know what I need to go back and do??

That's what it will say if its not an HD channel.
There's not many HD channels on 119. If you're set-up right, then try ch 9420 (TNT).
Did you install your module?

I bought mine straight from the factory HD. Am I missing something??

not getting 9420, got 9412???

Which Sat are best for HD??

Can someone tell me which satellites are best to use for HD channels.
Also will I be able to get espnhd? hbo's channels? PPV channels.

Please use the "edit" button instead of posting multiple times...........

Ok I'll ask it this way. Do you have the DN HD module installed?
If so, then there will be a coaxial jumper on the back of your box.

What I have is a Nuvenio NV HD. I dont think I need to add any module to this right?? if so let me know. thanks.

one more thing I went to NHLHD and that is at 480I ??? still no HD??

People are not going to help you if you have to be spoon fed everything.
I told you how to check for the module in post #4....................

I suggest that you start reading up on some of the basics..............

thanks, I was thinking this should have a module in it.
