What happened to EchoStar 7

I have a friend that I have downloaded the new bimn. Nothing will come in. I went to antenna setup and there is no EchoStar 7. I know that EchoStar 8 was replaced by EchoStar 10. Was EchoStar 7 119W replaced and if so with what satellite.

I don't know how you lost the sat. I have two Viewsats and i never have this problem. Try to load the factory file and reload the last good file.Good luck.

have you tryed rebooting your reciever.

It is not on his at all. EchosAR 2,3 Echoostar 5, EchoStar 7 but with it it says 340 west I think. Yes I have tried rebooting and loaded file now 3 times and nothins helpede.

No.. I didn't try to reload factory bin. Should I try that. If so, how do I do that.

you download and load the factory bin same way as anyother file
goto the files section and look for the factory file download unzip it load it to the box same way as other files

load a satinfo file ...it will correct sat names

try loading the factory bin with channel info sat info and main then after that go ahead and load your new bin and then it should be up!!!!!
