Updates have been great for BEV but no DN for me for the longest time (updates only good for Bev). Loading keys manually for DN not working because it goes down so quickly and so often, I can't keep up. Does anyone know why DN down all the time (at least for me - I'm in Canada)?
BTW, status on both Bev and Charlie says up and running. But Bev went down yesterday for me.

Could reason be a glitch with latest update for PVR?

If your watching a recording and go back to live TV after a key change your screen will be black. It's slow but it will roll.
Make sure your autoroll is turned on.
Wait 5 min if it doesn't roll switch it off/on on the back.
Good Luck

Bev came back by entering keys manually. Charlie is still out to lunch but I'll try again after work.

sv 1000 at times refuses to roll keys... turn power off on back for few and back on, if still won't roll try changing channel after you do the off and on thing, should make it kick.

Charlie finally returned. Inserted keys that were published from Saturday and have not had to update them since - why is that since keys have been changed since then?

106 keys haven't changed since Saturday night. 101 keys have changed couple of times.
Not sure why your box isn't rolling. You may want to do a factory reset, reload bin, reset switches, reset time, then rescan. It may make a difference.
Good luck SuzyQQ
