HD with No power on front panel just the blue light

I just had a HD with only the blue light on the front panel
buttons on front would not respond
remote would not respond
this is what you have to do ,get loader ST uploader 1.7 and a null serial cable
force the Nfusion HD to except the factory file
the way to do thIs is with the 1.7 loader
once you have loaded the factory file load the newest bin and rescan sats.
