I was having similiar issues - however I had neglected to open port 1920 on my router... as soon as I realized that, and opened the port everything started working... I am having some other issues, but those appear to be related to this whole thing being in BETA...

I am having some other issues, but those appear to be related to this whole thing being in BETA...so we need to go into our cable router and set to 1920?or ihub as that is set at 1920 already im using a wireless linksys network bridge that works with my laptop and my wifes so i know the internet lan to i hub is good,it cant be this hard,but im going to plug in to my office verizon modem c what happens.

my keep freezing how you open the router to 1920??

To manually open a port, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then click My Network Places.
Under Network Tasks, click View Network Connections. (Or, right-click My Network Places on the desktop, and then click Properties.)
Right-click the connection that you use for the Internet, and then click Properties.
Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings.

Note If the Settings button is unavailable, ICF is not enabled on this connection, and you do not have to open any ports (because they are all already open).
Click Add to open a new port.
In the Description box, type a friendly name. For example, type File Sharing : Port 445.
In the Name or IP address of the computer hosting this service on your network box, type 127.0.0.1.

Note You can specify the IP address of an internal computer. But you typically will use 127.0.0.1.
In the External port and Internal port boxes, type the port number. Generally, this number is the same.
Click either TCP or UDP, and then click OK.
Repeat steps 1 through 9 for each port that you want to open.

i benn doing sats for over 15 years now i think sonicview has a big problem with hard ware....meaning the i hub when they put out beta file after beta file they are just jumping the gun in this one hopeing to get it going my to cents is there not............

I have been jacking with this damn thing for a week now and am no closer to getting it than when I started, premeir only scanned a few channels the first time, did a factory reset and rescaned and got more, set it to sort by station id and it would only got to chanel 470, multitude of problems bin is loaded correcttly ip is configered correcttly , at first I was getting the unscrambled channels but not the scrambled ones then I got nothing, very frustrating peice of sh#t and I am not a noobie been at it a long time never had this many problems with a box, hope n3 gets cracked soon so I can take this ihub and shove it up someones a$$ at sonicview
