Check to be sure you are using your Router IP address.

i had a ihub that came in a plain box, not sv ihub on it. within a week i had to return it and buy one from sonicview's ihub site. i noticed the old one didnt have the lights on it and it only worked for about 6 days. as soon as i ordered the new one straight from sv, there has been no problems at all. i think somebody out there is making a inferior product and selling it to people who don't know the difference, be careful where you order from.

i am likewise having some difficulty setting up.i am using powerline ethernet adapters witout a router.it works for internet connection fine and both lights on the hub are lit,but still no luck.my hubs do not say sonicview on them.they are marked serial adapter model no. m-w5100(on the box only)is it possible that my hubs are clones, and non-functional,or do i require a router to set up,or should i just keep trying different set up till one works?(i have been reading a lot and none of the set up guides have the same instructions,so i have been trying them all and several variations on each but still nada)any advice is appriciated, thank you

i am running 206 which ithink is the latest for the elite, don't you think loading a program for a different model might cause more problems than it fix's?

I bought mine from Incredible Electronics ,Hooked it up ,set up the IP and voila 91 110 &119 working like a charm. ( And there is no shipping charge)
Also load the latest 206 File in order to get to the IP set up . The S/N is weird as there is not enough spaces for the #'s on the I-Hub , But I just kept entering them anyway.
