No info on guide !

All I get is NO INFORMATION on the EPG. There is the odd channel with info but just a few. The unit is a Sonicview 360 Premier.
I rescanned twice and deleted all the duplicate channel listings. I also let the channel sit at 239 and 418 as stated in previous threads,but no difference.
I just need info. Thanks. :noclue:

Then do settings.
Scan............
Channel 163 works well for filling up the guide.

After your scan is done.Turn off unit for 5 minutes to help EPG populate.

I have a Sonicview 360 Premier. The guide is showing events for three hours.
Is it possible to condense the guide to one or two hours? Please let me know. Thanks. :noclue:

To switch the EPG from displaying 3 hours to 1.5 hours of guide data,
press the PLAY button while in the guide to toggle back and forth.
(This will also change it from 1.5 hours to 3 hours)
Exit guide, and re-enter it to see the changes.
