New Install No Luck

New install , just got CNX Duo. Can't get it to work. Can someone tell me the file names for the following:

bootloader (factory bin?)
s/w upgrade
patch.

and do I have to load any of these more than once. Should I power reset the box in between steps?

First you need the latest upgrade file:

Then you need the patch file:

http://www.dssgeeks.com/forums/0724-1559-patch-t38976/index.html


Load the upgrade, then load the patch file, then scan your sats.
