i just bought a cw800. new bin. reboot and rescanned but all channels are scrambled. i only have 110 dish. please help.

I would guess you havn't patched your stb yet. That link GC posted above will get you working again

The new unit comes w/ factory bin, you have to flash in the newest bin then apply the patch F1 000. Make sure that your dish setup is correct:
119W LNB1 11250
110W LNB2 11250
