Installing Power Hub on Mini instructions

I am in the dark regarding installing Mini Power Hub. I have purchased one and will get tomorrow, but I am completely lost with regard to finding out what I do with it when it arrives and what is the function of this devise. I assume somewhere I should find instructions.

I would think that when it is connected to receiver I should load it with new files ??????

Please if anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it as I feel quite in the dark.

Be patient info will be about the same as the nano dongle and files will be released soon and may be the same as the nano files we will know soon enough.....ricklbert
