I am trying to download the new file. on the box it gives E032 and on the TV am getting an FAIL! message. Does anyone know how to fix.

delete the file and redownload then unzip (or decompress with winrar) then load onto your usb stick the decompress bin file and then update with usb stick as normal..

or just make sure you have decompressed the file b4 you load it on the usb stick
