i keep getting this error message, please help me resolve it

can someone please help me figure out why, when i wanna load the new bin into my skyview rx600 the loader wont load the bin, and on my box says E028 instead of loading the bin. please help me

Do you load before this Receiver? you use the loader and cable to? You habe unzip the file? Check for good connection.

i've loaded one bin file to it already, but when i tried to load the most recent bin file, the skyview box shows E028. and wont let the loader upload the bin.
all my connections are in perfectly i've tripple checked them and i made sure the box was in standby mode before i loaded the new bin

Com port in you loader its com1? And that how was? Delete the file from you PC and download it from here again and try to load in the receiver.

i've tried re downloading th ebin file and reloading it, and still i gte the E028 error message. can someone please help? do i have to convert it to a captivworks box to make this work or is there another way to solve this. please help!!!!!!!!

Load the factory file after that reload the last good file.
