Pull the lid off and look for a capitor that says C13 or C14.

my motherboard is a m2npv-vm rev 1.016 asus and no caps appear to be marked do you have access to a schematic thanks kimmi

i found out the problem it turned out to be d7 a shorted diode thanks kimmi
