will not load file

it boots fine but will not load new or factory file. I know the cable and loader is ok becuse it works on other reciever. any ideas? can you do a forced load like the sv-8000 and how?

are you sure it's the right cable? you need a Null Modem cable for this stb

ya it's the right cable it works on other sv-1000 units and it worked before on this unit

Make sure if its a compressed file that you unzip it..... I've had this issue before as well and thats how I fixed it......

yes file is unzipped

try deleting the file and downloading it again, try a different cable ,try a factory reset then load the new bin
