when i download the loader ...a blank page with three menu commands comes up (file, STB, Help) i don't know how to put new file into this loader ...is this the right loader??

I am having a problem with the new file so I need to run the cleaner file but I can't use the usb, there is no picture on my tv only volume, so I have to run it with the loader off the computer. I have the file, am used to loading vs xtreme, do I use the same null cable?

yes, you should use the RS232 cable(null)

I have hooked up receiver to the computer. I checked for connection on Com. 1. I tried to download a file, is there supposed to be a start button you have to click on? All I see is a Stop. Is the RS232 Cable that came with the Unit a Null Cable or do I have to change to one?

When you open the loader click on stb, than connect. after you connect click on down load file. when you locate file click on it and it will start loading. Make sure file is unziped. Hope this helps.
