Did you format the usb drive on your PC or Elite?

I did format my usb form my PC but my receiver still didn't detect it. I even tried another usb that I had but still the same problem. Isn't there any way that I can load the hub file manually?

When you open format menu on your PC, there is a drop-down for the type of format you want to perform..............
Choose FAT32..................

have you tried doing this?
http://www.dssgeeks.com/forums/recover-360-premier-t55769/index.html
also make sure you are disabling the usb drive before removing from the pc
not doing this can sometimes cause problems
