Loading Serial Bin Problem

I am trying to load the 1.92 serial for CW700 but it is not loading.
my box is in boot mood but nothing is happening.
Can anyone tell me what an i missing.

Make sure you are using the right cable.... null serial

The cable is good, i use it all the time for other box.
Maybe i should have mention that my box is one of those that got screwed up by loading the 195 before the 192 or 193.
i tried loading factory 1.02 but the same.
the file is not transfering to the box. the progress stays at 0%

When you say other box, is it also a CW700 ? not all stb use same cable, use the one that came with reciever.

Other box meaning other brands, but i will make sure i try the cable that came with my CW700
