Anyone loosing signal on some channels?

CS 5000 I'm loosing signal on some channels on BEV, is anyone else loosing signal? all other channels are A-1 with 97% signal. the channels include Spike, some ppv, Know,and a few others. When I hook up Captive Works reciever to same cable (LNB) I get all channels. I rescaned after deleting all channels and I still get (no or bad signal) on same channels. Wazz-up? JJ:coolup:

this is a good one , uuummmm .the only thing i can suggest is to do a reset other then maybe a bad connection ,oh boy uuummmm

just set up a box for a friend and had same problem...did fac reset n rescan and all was well

Tried fac reset then rescaned and now the channels are not even coming up all other channels are A-1. Then I hooked up my CW box to the same LNB cable and bam all the channels are there! What do I try next? I think I might load fac. bin into box and start over. Will let you know what goes down. First I have to :smackass: then :sex: don't need T.V. for that JJ:coolup:
