Lost channel list

Came home today to find that my channels were all missing. Did a sat scan and realized channels are all there but when I try to save the sat scan, it won't show up as a saved sat. Also just yesterday I had saved two favourites lists and when I change it to them, all those channels are there, but when I try to click on "all channels", there isn't anything. When I try to change sats, Nimiq 1,3 is not there, even after doing a succesful scan. My kids receiver is working just fine off the same sat.

Bring your unit to a complete factory state. But write down all your antenna settings first because it will all be deleted.

1) Factory reset. Do NOT input the antenna settings yet.
2) Factory file. Load this factory file 3 times in a row.
3) Current file. Now add the latest file.
4) Factory Reset again. NOW add your antenna settings and scan for channels.

You may have gotten a glitch in the software some where. It happens!! :noclue:
