I'm lost?

i have an ariza 700 and a 700s that i am trying to convert but my computer keeps saying in cant find the parrell port, i am running vista. the other thing is what is the best (easiest) conversion to do and do you need to soilder in a jumper?

i think vista is the problem , you might need some files for it to work. i dont remember where on the site they are but i know we have them posted
