Missing 110 channels

I just setup my new Nfusion HD I scanned the 119w with no problems I checked to make sure that my antenna's are set to the right settings then I scaned the 110w it scaned 32 transponders im missing my 500 Channels 501 502 503 504 505 ect. My Nfusion Nova scans perfect no channels missing

Harware

Dish 500 antenna w/ Twin Dp Lnb
119w = Port 1
110w = Port 2
any help would be greatly apreciated, Thank you for your help in advance

Those channels look like they are from 110 and 119.
Do a factory reset.
Reload factory file.
Reload latest fix.
Do settings and scan each sat individually.
Let us know..............

this was me this past weekend. I scan and did not get the same channels you did not get, plus I did not get any HBOEast channels also. Let me know how you make out. If I am able to get them I will let you know how I did.
