missing channels

can some one help why i'm missing some channels? is there a bin out there could try........can some one help?:confused:

Might help if you told us what channels and on what sat ??

movie channels, some spanish and couples cartoon channel. i'm not sure what sat is it.

Write down your antenna settings.
Do a factory reset.
Do your settings.
Then scan..................

thats what i did but still some channel still missing. i'm sure what i did wrong? same thing for my SV-4k too.........

Try loading the satifo file and rescanning.

after factory reset most chanel came back execpt foxsport espanol and the adult channels. where can i get or find this file?
