My SV-4000 is down, on the screen it says "Please Wait for Update" but the other one works. They were both working last night, the only thing i did different is that this morning I unplugged the one in the basement in order to use that outlet for my Playstation, then plugged it back within 2min. Now i turned it on this evening and it says "Please Wait for Update." Every setting is the same, nothing looks different. I tried uploading the new Bin again nothing. Do u think i need to do a factory reset and reprogram the receiver??

Thanks in advance for everyone who gives me advice.

I had trouble with the bin from this site and downloaded from another site and it works fine. I think the bin is bad on this site could be wrong but I could not get it to work either

Try Shutting it OFF from the back, then back ON again after a minute

Or reload the bin file.

bin file 217 works just fine from this site. i think your referring to 215 and that issue has been resolved.

Hmmm the bin on this site worked for hundreds of others. Bins on this site come straight from the source.

yep nothing wrong with bin 217 from this site.
I did have a problem yesterday with DN saying please wait for an update and then it finally kicked in and worked good and is still working good.

Another site just reported a HIT. New EMC just hit. I was working on my SV4000 and the site flaged a hit. and went to VIP only. Don't know the SV4000 was never on line. My iPro 2000 is still up????
