Darth I would start by looking at you switch or sat point cs have a vert strong tunner in them and dont have to be quite as acurate as some other receivers..

Also, FYI - I am using a DP34 sw. I had the same issue and had to move my Nova to receiver output 1 on the switch

To add to this post as I have read it in a few places before , make sure you turn dolby off to recieve sound if you are having trouble with some channels .I just went through this myself so I thought I would share . The channel wont be missing from the guide , but there will be no sound with the dolby function in the " ON " position

I think khan and some of the other guys have talked about the nova having lower readings than the CS . So Im pretty sure this is normal. Mine is in the same ball park as yours and I get more than I can watch. Make sure you scan on a very clear day. They hate clouds .

Try to load each bird with all lnb's off for the other birds your gunnin for and do each one with all other lnb's off when channel scanning. it worked for me.I just set up my Nf for the first time yesterday and it has been perfect other than learning f-up's (S/W Version R#X 1.30 S/W ver: 1.43 IPVR 0.77)
