Need help with Neosat hook up

Hi I've been trying to get my new Neosat pro 2000 hooked. I have everything entered correctly ( I think ) but still no picture. I new to FTA, so I would be thankful if someone helped me out.

Hi Don. You have done the set-up completely with no issues and have the green light on your ethernet connection? Correct 23 digit key entered? Should work if all that was done with no issues.

Also, sounds dumb but make sure your tv is on the right channel (3 or 4) depending on how you have it set on the receiver.

Hi I've set it up as per instructions, but having problems with IKS Keys. I have put them in many times. Sometimes it stays in " wait ethernet start" and no matter how many times I dissconnect & connect it won't give me the "login" . Until I get it I know it won't save the keys. When I do get everything set, channel serch, etc, I still get no picture. Unless you call a blue screen with a flower, a picture. When I change channels I get the listing info, what should be on but no picture. I've been at this all week, don't know what else to do, getting really frustrated. Ready to give up on it.

What bin are you using??? If it is 2.72a , b c, or 2.73 I have had some problems with those. Try 253, or 2.22 older versions. 253 has been working fair to good. 272b went out awhile back and is IKS only, but I had trouble with it too. Try f3, and change to sever 1 or 2 see which one is up. You may have to search archived files to get them.

I went to server 2 and downloaded the 2.22 file and it's working great for me. You have to set your tv on channel 4 instead of 3 like the latest file. I noticed that now the server choice is set to thier websites and not server 1 or 2.

Hi Guys. I got it sorted, it was the bin. I've switched to 275 now and its working great. Getting more channels then before and less freezing.

ihave problems with my neosat2000 i erase all the chanels i need to know how to program and how to dawn load files from usb from my computer thank you in advance.

why not do from network instead?

to load from usb, hit menu, then click installation, then update from usb.

make sure you extract the file before saving it to your usb key

Hello I have hooked up for network. I get server 1 and two. searched for upgrade and up_ver_10.06 on 2 and up_ver_315 on 1. I download them and when finished it says upgrade failed and it has to reboot. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Also thank you in advance for anyone's trouble's with this.
