need help

hi i have a buzz plus and i accidetly hit the factory reset button by accident and now nothing works.help please.thank you.

when you say nothing works, are you getting any power?

yes it has power the box reads 0000 i got no guide no channels no signal.thanks

Factory reset deletes anything you have inputted into the receiver. You will need to Re-Input all your antenna installation settings and scan for channels.

Your most current file is still in there so no need to put any files in there.

thanks again its working bu there a one more problem the picture is black and white.

you can try turning the main power off on back and then back on to see if this will help, also make sure that your video is connected in the right one

evrything worked ok thanks but my big problem is the picture its been freezing up all the time sense the new fix came out .i could use help with that one thanks for evrything thing.
