i need help

is any body knows whats goin on whit my box ...I have a coolsat 6000 and when i put it on and she immediatly turn like off and a red light come on right beside stand by on my box ??is anybody knows wath is my prob !!?

i would start with a factory reset/load factory bin/factory reset again/load new bin /set dish settings then scan

i already do a factory reset but she still goes off right away ! so i can do any setting...! i really dont know whats going on !!

Load the factory file 3 times in a row and see if it stays on after that.

If it stays on then proceed to load the current file.

If it goes back to the red light then delete the current file OFF your computer and load in a fresh copy from this site.

Then do the factory reset, set up your dish settings and scan for channels

open it up , clean any dust in it . do you smell anything burned in it when it's open . try unhooking all the cables from it . power only . see if it still does it .if not hook one cable up at a time and see if it does it . remember to power it off (unplug it ) when you do this
