Need Help

I had just get my new reciever sonic view 360 elite and I turn it on, and after i'm done with the set up procedure main menu--installation menw--dish setting and language and scannig the satille all I get is that No service or scramble. in addition, I download the laterst file and try to load to my reciever and I'm getting this messege scan failed. I realy need help is there some out there who can help me? if so please do so.

hummm,, sounds backassward , you loaded the file last?

try this
reset factory default from menu
Load new file 1st
then do all setting
scan
