NeoSat -All Channels Not Coming Thru After Install Complete

What is the "first file" to be entered that was mention above when installing NeoSat ipro 2000? Is it a Bin file?

I have done the basic install already and I am only able to view channels 500,100, and 101. Guide pulls up the program listing but none of the channels come in???? What step(s) am I missing??? Or is this a bad box??? Please help! I really like the features associated with Neosat ipro 2000.

what bin are you running and what channels are you missing

working fine here with 1.1 i find it works better than 3.34

Thank you for your reply. None (bin)that I am aware of? If I was suppose to load a bin seperate from the installtion wizard process then none was installed. If I need to install a bin please direct in locating it and the directions for loading it. Is the process similar to Nfusion using the channel loaders to update the Box?

I see all the channels loading for 110 and 119 during the installtion process and the Guide lists the programs and their description. However, when I select anything other than 100, 101, 500 channels for viewing immediately I get a blank blue screen. the only channels come in are 100, 101 and 500. No other channels come in. Please help me if you can. :noclue:

Where do I go to check Bin version?

you have to be running the current bin and it needs to be loaded through the serial port on the receiver.
