neosat ipro 2000 help

i have tried hooking up my neosat from past two days but cudnt get it working. I have the latest bin 283 on but it works on dish only but not on bev. Tried using the iks for bev but cudnt get it working. Could someone just let me know the instructions for how to set up iks and get it working ...thx

if you hit f3 and disable autoroll and turn iks only on, it will work. mine is running no problem here but it wont work unless iks only is on and autroll is off
