new Neosat ipro need help

I just purchased a Neosat ipro 2000 plus, and do not know how to get it going. I had a CS6k previously, and all of the instructions on the Neosat start by saying load the file and then proceed to step one. What file and is there a file loader i need?

if you have internet and a router, hook up a network cable from the router to the receiver. then hit menu, install, upgrade by network, red button then blue button. if you need to do by usb then you have to rename the first file you load to up.hzf

I have my Neosat ipro 2k hooked up to TV and internet, when I go to "upgrade by network" and check for updates, all that comes up is "version 1.37 test ver" then "added more hard drive support" below. The URL is www.neosatusa.com.
How do I proceed? Is there a boot file that is needed for initial hookup, or should it all happen via upgrade by network?

looks like you need to use the usb upgrade this time as you are getting old servers. sorry for the delayed reply
