Nfusion Nuvieno sd Help

I just bought Nfusion Nuvenio SD. I am using the U27 boot file and 1.50 bin. I completed the network settings (and it is good: IP, PVR, etc); I have a good signal, but when I scan sat 110 & 119 I get a $ next to all my channels and cannot view any of them. I also have SUNS Disconnected. Any help will be appreciated.

Most likely, you are not connected to the internet.
Is your Nova connected to a router or modem?

do you have the sd setup to dhcp, if so does it populate with an ip address?

one other thing, when you plug the network cable into the router, does the link light come on?

the "$" means that the channel is encrypted but if your iks is working it should be showing you tv

yes the Ip is populated and the link light is on.
I am using a linksys wrt54g ver 8.05 router

static or dynamic? if it isnt dynamic and your dhcp is turned on in your router, it might not work
have you tried pinging your receiver from your computer

Not sure if you mean static or dynamic in the modem or router I can ping the STB from my laptop I have DHCP setup in the router for the internet as well as the local network.
the modem gives me 75.43.xxx.xxx ip and the local gives the default 192.168.1.100-150 ips
the 192.168.1.100 is what the STB is getting

set the nfusion to dynamic and i am sure it will work. what is the ip of the laptop?

What is the complete message that is coming up when you try to watch a channel? i-? n-? p-? etc. Make sure p-? is off that is the proxy.

Sun's disconnected means no net connection.....check Nokia's link out

I am not connecting to Suns I believe I still have connection problems with my internet have tried everything i-on n-on p-off em-off suns disconnected. thinking maybe my Nuvieno sd is defective... tried going straight to modem.
I get a good IP hooked to the router or modem "all set to DHCP". Not sure what else to try....any help would be appreciated.....Port forwarding?

nFusion needs to release some stand alone bins for those having problems connecting to suns.

who is your internet provider. some dont work well with suns.

have you tried pinging your receiver, if it answers, there is nothing wrong with the receiver. also you could try using the web loader. if that works, it is the way your receiver is setup

I can ping my reciever and the 150.1 bin did nothing "suns disconnected"
If my ISP is blocking me what port can I ask them to open to allow me to connect to suns

something wrong with your router or your connection.disable your lan connection and enable it back.

Ceck you antenna settings try disconnecting your switch and scan only one sat

your receiver have no net connection,it isn't connected to the internet.try changing your lan cable.

i-on / n-on / emul-off / p-off/ suns disconnected used different cable to connect strt to modem same result
I disconnected the switch scanned 119 and still nothing

well not sure if this helps but i got the same ubnit worked on it for about 9 hours and nothing i left it plugged in over night figured id get up sat motrning and return it for another receiver but just before i disconnected unit i tried one more time and every thing worked now not sure if it needs to be connected for 12 hours or so without us messing with it to get everything working right (maybe needs to get other security or other software from servers?) not sure if it makes sense all i am new to nfusion but thats how mine got running lol
