nuvenio error meassage

I recently bought the Nuvenio Hd. I had it up and running for roughly 1 month. I had 900+ channels. I now have the following error message and cannot seem to figure it out. I:off p:off n:on emul:off S.U.N.S Disconnected.
I tried unplugging, modem than router, that unplugging wireless bridge than the box but this did not fix the error. Again, I am new to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your network settings under internet setings try changing from dhcp to static

any other words of wisdom. Still not working, When I switch to static I can get the screnn to read i: on n:on p:off emul:off S.U.N.S Discconected, (i) is on but still no picture. Thanks in advance
