I know these are just out, but I would love to see some reviews and opinions of this box if anyone cares to share their experience with them so far.

for starters you are going to need a lot of patience, there are a lot of little things this reciever does that will make you want to pulll your hair out. Once you get past all that the box is pretty good. If and when they fix this it will be one of the nicest ird's out there.

I am sure it will take awhile for the coding to catch up, wondering mostly about ease of use, how the guide looks, obviously video quality, which I'm imagining is top notch. Anything really, just qurious to know what people are thinking.
Oh and I would love to see some screen shots

i can't compare it to any other hd units except the captain 8000 hd, a friend of mine has (poor bastard) i like the guide on the Nfus, nice colour (yellow & brown) . video quality is also good overall i would rate it 71/2 to 9.And its prety simple to set up (factory 1st then lattest bin ). Support aside i would still get the Nfus. I would post pictures but i don't know how maybe someone eles can help you with that

I'm thinking about buying one, does it have to be connected to the internet 24/7 for it to work like the Nova?

if you've got some experience with stb's then it's easy to use...not to say it's difficult or anything. picture quality = excellent. the guide is VERY descriptive. support is usually right on, obviously everybody's reeling with this n3 business. speaking of which, i'd hold off on buying anything if i were you until there's a fix for n3.
i've got experience with another standalone and iks...the nfusion rocks for not having to update keys, and smooth iks. the other iks had me ready to throw it at the wall.
