Help with pansat 9200

Mi box is stock on display b-07 I reset and is not doing anything is there any loader to use the RS232 cable to re load the box without using the memory stick is not working for me I can get any TV diplay. Thank you for any help anybody can get me.:noclue:

you still can use the stick, just follow instructions on readme posted with last factory bin. Been there, good luck.
