I have a Nuvenio... with the modual installed I don't even get sat strength let alone any tv at all... If I dissconnect it & the jumper I get good signals... I'm able to scan sats & watch tv... Followed the instructions to a T... anyone come across this prop?

Assuming you have it connected and installed properly... you prob have a Bad HD Module.
IF bad then follow the warranty instructions for replacement.

Personally leaning more toward a defective receiver... this is the second one... the first one would not controll the SG-2100... I was able to scan & watch HD channels on 110.. I sent it back now the receiver controlls the motor with no problems... but now I have this issue... & I'm certain I installed it properly... It really isn't that difficult... any suggestions would be great... Thanks
