Please Help with Premier

I have the Sonicview Premier, and I put file 180 and now it does not read my usb and I am not able to put any files via usb or the cable.Can this problem be fixed or do I take the loss. It's has been 4 days and 4 nights that I don't sleep trying to get this problem fixed. Can someone please help me once again.

The box was freezing, so I figure that I would put the 180 file. Now the nightmare has started. It does not read the usb. I did factory default, a hard reboot. But it does not work. Of course I'm drowning. Can you offer any help to get me afloat?

so whats on box now?there is a sys clean file,sat file built in..then latest bin..use cable box came with.

DON"T PANIC THIS WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM!! Turn off 360P> Install USB drive ( with 175 rom file ONLY!!) in STB> While HOLDING OK button on STB....TURN ON Back Switch....Load Rom file.....SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO!!:coolup::coolup:
