Problem with 119W

Please Help! I can only get the quality signal (63%)from the Dish Setting 119W Echostar 7 and upper right hand corner said network unknown .... but if I switch to 121W Echostar 9 or 110W Echostar 8,10 from the Satellite of the Dish Setting then I get full level & quality and upper right hand corner said EchoStar 119 West. Do you have any idea why this is happening? I did the factory reset, realigned the dish for Satellite 119w from Dish Setting but no luck, please help! I really apprecited a lot.

Yes, I am only used the 119.0W Echostar 7 to aim for EchoStar 119 West.

LNB Type Single
LNB Freq 11.250
22KHz OFF
DiSEqC OFF
Leg SW OFF
So far I don't have any quality signal for SAT 119 but if i switch to SAT 110.0W Echostar 8,10 then upper right hand corner will appear EchoStar 119 West. Thanks you so much for helping.
