Hi Skybliss , It sounds like a exact problem I had and when I replaced the diseqc switch everything worked okay , somehow when those switchs blow a certain way they connect all lnb's to the one port and in turn you only get which ever is on that port. So what you need to do first is a factory default then install the latest factory file then install the current bin file and do a hard boot then do another factory default and put in a new diseqc switch then setup sat's and scan . This should remedy the problem if not check your private mail and get back to me .

What am i missing here, he said he hooked it direct, no switch. Can not be the problem. First people need to be careful since VS upgraded GUI,many factory files create minor glitches. Second latley VS files default to the wrong LNB type. Skybliss, take a second look at everything. I would suggest hook direct, then favtory default and keep trying.

I always use the cheita heavy duty switchs because they are more durable and withstand allot of abuse , they cost alittle more but as they say you get what you pay for .
My man I think I have experienced almost every problem with these machines , currently I am testing the 1. Captain8000HD 2. Cw700S 3. Pansat 250SM and finally a Viewsat Ultra 2 and I am currently getting 91W,110W and 119W , will be getting 95W soon because they have 415 channels so I am going to have to get a 39" Dish to get that sat.
So good luck on your problem and if all fails replace the coax line from the LNB to the diseqc switch on the 110 side ,sometimes they go bad as well
