here is the problem on my new phoenix sd.i load the newest bin . bin 150.3 after loading it . istarted to scanning all the birds 119 set on port1, but iwas in the middle of scanning it ,it shut down and go back to 0000.so ishut it off at the back and wait for an hour, and the restarted scanning again,but inthe middle of scanning it.it shut down again. so please help me wat should i do:(

1st if you have loaded the file properly. disconnect the satellite cable from the receiver.
2nd do a factory default.
3rd turn off/on the receiver using the switch in the back.
4th when connecting the sat cable into the receiver make sure the receiver is turned off using the switch..
5th load the setting and let us know if that worked..
