puff 2500 channel master comm problem

Has anyone been able to use gtools or channel master with puff 2500? I would like to use a channel edit program but both programs do not communicate with my ird. I am able to upload bins and boots but again no channel lists.

any help?

Should I convert to 2700? i have a FLU that's been converted to puff 2500.

Have you hooked it up and seen if it is working.

after loading the new bin, you have to do A BLIND SCAN, AND THEN SAVE IT IN CM, you can then edit and write it back, done it last night, working fine. it will not pick up old channel lists, if you load you will only have black screen.
