I am getting no quality reading only on transponders that have a horizontal polarization? On all even transponders (or vertical pol) I get great signal and quality. any ideas what might be causing this? i hooked up a different brand receiver and it got signal and quality on all transponders in use, so i know its not a dish alignment thing. would appreciate any insight on this problem. Thanks ... just wanted to add..i am getting 95 signal on all transponders..just 0 quality on the odd numbered or ones with the H next to them.

ok try this. flip the switch on the back of the unit. thats a hard reboot, most of the time it helps . also are you sure about your ip connection?
