Question about multiple USB drives

If you have a 360E with an external hard drive and also connect up a 2nd drive or a flash drive to the unit, is there any way to configure time shifting to record on the flash drive, while other schedules programs to record on the hard drive?

And is there any way to move files between the two once they have been recorded?

that would be a very nice feature since time shifting between channels screws up anything currently recording on the opposing tuner
