does nay one know if the nfusion HD can also use bin files as well like viewsat 9000HD please reply.

I have an Nfusion Nova and I beleive the HD unit operates the same . The HD model uses IKS ( internet Key Sharing ) . New Bins are still released for the HD unit but you must always be conected to the internet for the High def unit to work properly

so i guess that the nfusion has to have IKS all the time ???? and can not do with out the IKS should it ever be shut down this bothers me..

i would like to know is the VIEWSAT 9000HD compare to the NFUSION HD

I dont have the Nfusion HD , but can tell you that the Nfusion Nova has been down maybe 10 hours in 9 months which means the support is there . The viewsats have excellent support for new bins and are very comparible . If you are worried about always using an internet conection , you could always use a proxy server with the new HD nfusion STB . The HD Nfusion is new to the market in the past week or two . If you take your time in making a purchase , read the support pages for both stbs and make a decision .
