my reciever wont autoroll itself...wtd??

my captiveworks 800s wont autoroll itself and i hav to enter the keys manually becuz it goes out every 2 or 3 hours and the previous keys that went out r stil in work and it takes forever for the new keys to com...i have also checked the setting to see if the autoroll was off and it was on and i also tried the swtich many times but it wont work...what do i do to fix it??

Did you patch" by pressing F1-0-0-0 on the remote?

Do you have the latest File on there?

ye i do hav the latest file on there...i evn tried loading the file again...whts patch??

Try it on your remote EXACTLY like I stated in the above post.

After you run the patch and if it still won't roll, just to a hard reset by turning the power switch off (on the back), wait 10 seconds and turn it back on. That usually works to facilitate autorolling.
