Press the TV and the RED RECORD BUTTON buttons simultaneously for five seconds

LED blinks 3 times on and off in the following sequence TV-> VCR -> DVD-> STB

this will reset your remote !

Thank you so much for posting that. I searched and searched for hours on all the other sites and google and was about ready to give up and buy a universal remote.
